Job Description
Employees work as supervisors in the front office of a resort where they provide leadership and coaching to others. Duties would managing all aspects of front desk reception and bookings as well as liaising with customers and operational and budget management.

Training Package Rules Summary
The Sample Training Program above uses some of the available elective units and the package rules to construct a Qualification. For alternatives refer to other STPs, the relevant Training Package, or seek advice from a RTO.

To achieve a Certificate IV in Holiday Parks and Resorts, 24 units must be completed:
- all 12 core units
- 12 elective units:
- a minimum of 8 elective units must be selected from the list in the training package
- the remaining 4 elective units may be selected from any endorsed training package.
- a maximum of 1 Languages other than English (LOTE) unit may be counted as an elective within this qualification.
In all cases, electives must be relevant to the job outcome, local industry requirements and the qualification level.
